They don’t have to chase their food because they are herbivores. And because of their thick and tough shells, most predators leave them alone. They are going at exactly the right speed for them.

Sure, other creatures that they live around in their environments go faster. Yet the turtle doesn’t try to speed up to keep up.

They’ve figured out what works for them.

Let’s be more like turtles and go at our own pace. A pace that is exactly right for us.

Let’s decide to take “our” time…as we do whatever we choose to do.

Let’s remember that it doesn’t matter what pace others in our environment choose for themselves. That’s their pace.
