Do you know who you are?
What’s most important to you?
What are your values?
What drives you above all else?
What are your strengths?
Where are your blindspots?
When are you at your best?
And what are the answers to all of those questions for each and every member of your team?
Knowing all of that is a good start on being a humble, respected, confident and inspiring leader.
