We just celebrated Independence Day here in the USA and I find it so easy to be in awe of our founding fathers. They stood up and said “ENOUGH!” when they felt that the rights of people were being trampled upon. To me, that is truly awesome and inspiring. Their actions took courage and there was a lot at stake but they couldn’t remain silent. I have incredible respect for that kind of strength of conviction.

So let’s follow their lead and declare our own kind of independence and our own strength of conviction.

Let’s say with great strength and conviction (and a dose of great compassion) “ENOUGH!” to ANY voice that says “there is something wrong with you.”

Because ANY voice delivering that message, no matter what words are used or who is delivering them to you, is wrong. There is nothing wrong with you.

Imagine living your life and never allowing those words to penetrate into your thoughts again. You can be free of that lie and you can allow yourself to be free of that suffering.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are free to accept yourself exactly as you are. I am going to do just that! Will you join me?
